Dear L&I Students,

Congratulations on embarking upon your doctoral journey! We are excited to welcome you to the Learning & Instruction (L&I) Doctoral Program Online Orientation Canvas course. You may have questions as you begin your education journey in the L&I program, and this short orientation has been designed to provide you with the resources and activities to answer these questions and help you prepare for your first semester.

Another fun aspect of this orientation is that you will be able to connect with your learning cohort and start to build a community of support. Your peers will be your critical network as you progress through the program — and even after you graduate! This orientation will help you with the first steps of getting to know one another before your classes even begin.
